“MES Complaint Management System” developed by Directorate of Information Technology is a one-step solution for MES (Military and Engineering Service) management. This service is provided by DIRECTORATE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, dedicatedly used for Army Personnel for all kind of military and engineering support. Registered users shall be able to avail all the services into the system. The system shall allow user to file for complaint related to their home repair services that shall be addressed and processed by the respective authority. The system shall also keep log of the previously filled complaints. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
